I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and women navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and hope. With more than a decade of experience supporting individuals and families, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted.

My own journey through breast cancer deepened my appreciation for the strength it takes to face life's unexpected hardships and inspired my passion for supporting women through seasons of change. I enjoy working with women and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, infertility, caregiver stress, life transitions, perimenopause, menopause, and the many emotional challenges that can arise throughout life.

My Approach

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques, I work collaboratively with each client to build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and foster lasting growth. I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and feeling genuinely understood, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater peace, confidence, and well-being.
