Growing up in Virginia, I now call Florida home and am licensed to practice in both states. The forefront of my therapeutic work is cultivating a safe space for clients to feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered. I lead with curiosity in every session, helping each person build awareness of their emotions and develop skills to manage life's stressors in a way that feels true to who they are. I believe that every client deserves an approach tailored to their individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Through the seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, the way we see our bodies and how we nourish ourselves can shift in ways that catch us off guard. With years of experience in eating disorder care, I support clients in building self-awareness around these changes and learning to prioritize themselves through the transition into motherhood. Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative journey. Seeking support during a pivotal season of life can feel overwhelming, and I'm here to walk alongside you through it.

My Approach
My approach is person-centered, warm, and non-judgmental. I want you to feel empowered to show up as your most authentic self from our very first session together. I support clients in understanding how disordered eating patterns show up, building healthier coping tools, and reconnecting with their bodies through a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. My clinical work also draws on a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), treatment for ARFID, and Family-Based Treatment (FBT).
