Yes, absolutely! Feed, rock, hold, or tend to your baby right through our time together. You don't need childcare lined up to prioritize your own care.

No. You don't need a formal diagnosis or a crisis to reach out. Struggling or needing some additional support is reason enough to seek professional help.

That's a completely valid reason to reach out. A lot of clients start therapy without a clear label for what they're feeling and figuring that out together is part of the work.

Both. Perinatal mental health covers pregnancy, birth, and the full first year (and beyond) postpartum. You don't have to wait until the baby arrives to get support.

Your OB or PCP can screen for perinatal mood and anxiety symptoms and manage medication, but therapy gives you dedicated, ongoing space to actually process what you're going through.

No. Perinatal mental health is our specialty and niche, but we also work with general mental health concerns outside of pregnancy and postpartum. If you’re not sure whether what you’re navigating fits, reach out and we can talk it through.

Sessions are one hour. How often we meet depends on what you're navigating and how intense things feel right now. Most clients start weekly or biweekly, then taper down to monthly or as-needed as things stabilize.

Illness happens, and there's never a fee for that. Otherwise, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Yes. What you share in session is protected by confidentiality, with a few limited legal exceptions (like immediate safety concerns) that I'll walk you through when we begin working together.
